I had used a few different apps before, but I wasn't satisfied. Even though Profit Cyclops has many features, it's really easy to use and I can track almost all of my work accurately. The numbers are correct, the profit is correct, the expenses are correct. Being able to track everything necessary correctly is really important. Also, being able to get real human support when needed.

It's an application that shows whether we're actually making a profit or a loss from the products we sell, and I think it's extremely user-friendly. I also track my inventory accurately. Furthermore, I use their reimbursement service. They're really good at that. They managed to refund losses I couldn't reimburse years ago. Very interesting and impressive.

Great app but I had to cancel because they do not pull AWD inventory so it renders useless this app as you do not see your actual inventory. If they incorporate AWD into the app, I would most likely to use it again. Customer Servcie is pretty good, responsive.

The charts are helpful, but the Total Profit view and the P&L Report alone make it worth the price. Support has been reasonable and flexible whenever I’ve needed help.

I would strongly recommend this app. I follow all the costs, loss, and profit easily thanks to detailed tables and graphics. Especially, the "Profit by Product" menu is amazing. I follow the performance of each product in our inventory with this menu. That helps me to plan our inventory. I can also see our total product count, total payout, and profit of our inventory according to current prices. I am very pleased using this application for one year.

Hi there, It's been about a month since I started using the app. First of all, the user interface is very simple and straightforward. Secondly, all my inventory is updated without any problems, and I can easily control my products and track their stock and sales volumes. Thirdly, I can enter the cost of my products manually and easily see my time-based earnings and expenses. Fourth, if you want Shipstation Integration, you can also link this account. Profit Cyclops is the most accurate tool I have tried to date and offers nearly real-time profit analytics. It has enabled me to realize significant savings, particularly by identifying unnecessary fees, such as long term storage charges, and even some reimbursements I can claim. It has been instrumental in optimizing my ASINs by highlighting the lowest-margin SKUs due to returns or poor ad performance.

The ability to add cost and get an idea of profits is great to have. I can also compare sales data week over week, month over month, and year over year. Thanks to Profit Cyclops that my YTD growth rate is 80%. I can easily make inventory planning to use my capital effectively for the most profitable and fast-selling items. Sometimes you think you are making money with orders however mistake on a calculation may result in a huge loss. Orders page helps us to track each order and easily spot and take an action to stop bleeding. There are some other features that I am not using and familiar with. It would be great if they can provide some kind of help page to discover extra features that we are not facilitating. One other plus is they always update the tool and add extra features according to customer's feedback.

I have been using profitcyclops to track my profits for the last few months. Now it is like a game I play. I run fierce ad campaigns and I have to know if the product is losing money or earning money. I can hit the gas like crazy and still keep the margins under control. It divides all of your ad spend across a sku to all of your sales on that sku. So you dont have to look at ACOS. You will know each cent you make on that product. Then I scale the ads until I reach the desired sales rank. You guys broke the game!

First they have a helpline and at tax time they reviewed a few things with me that saved me money. Second, for Amazon sellers they have a service to get you money back for inventory that gets lost. The money they get back is way more than the cost of the service.

Cyclops provides up-to-the-minute tracking information on all your Amazon. I particularly like its sales forecasting function, which has been surprisingly accurate. Furthermore, it offers FBA inventory tracking and "low stock" warnings, excellent PPC and advertising tracking reports, and facilities to track stock. This tool helps me to scale my business.
